Society encourages men to be promiscuous and many men get some level of validation from sleeping with a ton of women.

Also, some dudes struggle to find a women worth engaging in a serious relationship with, so they just sleep around until they find that person.

I honestly do not believe men have a stronger biological urge to have sex than women. But society is set up a certain way and that is for the man to be the hunters and the women to be the hunted.
