How many of yall thinking its easy to work out got a job to hold the house down along with 2 kids both under 6 that u are actually being a parent to?

I'll waiiiit.

I don't have kids but I think it'd be easy. What's stopping you from getting up at 6am-7am? If time is really of essence a jump rope, body weight exercise, and elastic bands can help you lose weight. Hell you don't even have to work out, diet is 70% of the work. You gotta cook anyway:yeshrug:

Outside of being mentally depressed, there is no excuse. Even if you have 1 leg you can still diet.

No one said it was easy, if it were easy everyone would be walking around ripped. You could literally do 100 pushups, squats, crunches, pullups on dem attachable pull up bars and some curls within 30 minutes every day and see progress. A good jog in 20 mins. There's no excuses, those who want it get it.:yeshrug:

You don't even have to exercise to lose weight. Just eat less:mjlol:

Meh, I'd say that is a good reason why dudes can't work out.
It take a lot of dedication and long process.
Especially if you work all day non stop.
Again EXCUSES my man. nikkas ain’t got ONE hour to go get some work in? Excuses excuses excuses

Yeah, unless your ass is working 24 hours straight with no lunch break, I'm not sure what we're talking about.

Nikkas got time to shop, party, go to the club, smoke weed, play video games, date thots, etc. but can't find 30-60 minutes 3-5x a week to get in a workout?
:usure:

Was talking to a brehette yesterday. One of the gym lady's moms passed. She said the older brehette hadn't been to the doctor in like 40 years and didn't workout and was overweight.
:mjcry:

Black folks gotta do better. Rona, high blood pressure, heart failure, obesity, cancer, and diabetes have us all the way fukked up as a people, and most of it could be prevented (or at least diminished) if we would only exercise.
:francis:
It's only 3 or 4 brehettes at my gym, where the fukk these sistas be at? :gucci:

The brehette I was speaking to said used to be over 400 pounds. She lost over 200 and now she's in here 7 days a week and gets here at 1 AM (that's an hour before I even wake up) on weekdays. I had to :salute:.

^This.

It be a one-legged Air Force or Army vet in the main gym I go to that be in there with his prosthetic grinding. He doesn't do exercises he can't do, but he puts in work and is there on the regular. If he was wearing pants you wouldn't even know.
:salute:

Meanwhile nikkas with two good legs and two good arms walking around :flabbynsick: with their bullshyt.

How many of yall thinking its easy to work out got a job to hold the house down along with 2 kids both under 6 that u are actually being a parent to?

I'll waiiiit.

Another excuse. :beli:

I got Active Duty military folks in my phone with 2 lil gits (both pre-K), deployed military spouses, working rona cases 24/7 and still get their workouts in. Some of these ladies I know just had babies and hopped back in the gym as soon as they were cleared.

One of my gyms already booming with new cats. All I've seen is cacs and spicy cacs and Asian ladies. Old, young, some of these muhfukkas look like they're still in high school.

No new brehettes to be seen, and only one or two new brehs. :what: :upsetfavre:

"You eat the elephant one bite at a time." :lawd:

Too many people try to jump straight into the deep end instead of wading in and going from there. That's why the resolutioner drop-off rate is so sky-high each year winter.
:snoop:

If going to bed on time is difficult, try doing your workouts sometime in the evening. By the time you get a good one in, go home, shower and get ready for bed you'll be so :dead: it'll be straight to sleep. Then once working out has become a habit and is as natural as taking a shyt, you can work to transitioning to mornings or whenever. :manny:

The best feeling is getting a good workout in after fighting through that laziness and excuse making

^This. Remember, we all have a weakness.:sadcam:

I was lifting in the gym for 174 minutes (almost three hours) and wasn't even drained when I finished. But my cardio's been slacking so I hopped on the treadmilly, knowing damn well I ain't eat enough last night for this shyt. :martin:

I wanted to bytch out the whole time but I didn't. That feeling when the run was over and I wasn't seeing St. Peter. :noah: :blessed:
