It be a one-legged Air Force or Army vet in the main gym I go to that be in there with his prosthetic grinding. He doesn't do exercises he can't do, but he puts in work and is there on the regular. If he was wearing pants you wouldn't even know.

I got Active Duty military folks in my phone with 2 lil gits (both pre-K), deployed military spouses, working rona cases 24/7 and still get their workouts in. Some of these ladies I know just had babies and hopped back in the gym as soon as they were cleared.

Was talking to a brehette yesterday. One of the gym lady's moms passed. She said the older brehette hadn't been to the doctor in like 40 years and didn't workout and was overweight.
Black folks gotta do better. Rona, high blood pressure, heart failure, obesity, cancer, and diabetes have us all the way fukked up as a people, and most of it could be prevented (or at least diminished) if we would only exercise.
