Bro, I got the number. Called her the next day, and texted shortly after in case she's one of them people that don't pikc up the phone when a random number calls.

Bruh women's flakiness, unsure-ness, and inability to be upfront and honest almost forces you to have to run a numbers game. Because so many women will flake, play games, use you for attention and whatever else when they aren't interested.

Either way she is rejecting him. This would be a "soft" rejection which helps her (kind of) but makes him confused as hell because it mixed signals.

Direct rejection would dead the "what-ifs" all together and if a dude keeps going after that, it's on him. I understand that women want to be careful, you never know who is crazy and who isn't.
