You can't take away From Duncan's accomplishments because he plays for the Spurs org and then act like his numbers aren't also affected because he plays for one of the most ball-movement oriented teams in all of basketball.

The Spurs offense is dictated on ball movement at the sacrifice for personal stats.

What center did Hakeem go against that was better than fukking Prime Shaq?

Are stats all that matters or is it rings? Duncan won more rings as the main man, has more MVPs, more all-star appearances, and was better for longer.

Great points and id be the first to admit duncan longeveity > hakeem duncan is usually ahead in the list but on my list i have hakeem slight ahead cause id draft hakeem over duncan cause he was more impactful imo i think 93 and 94 hakeem woukd win MVP if he was on the spurs in 02 n 03 (we will never know tho)

I also think 94 Robinson 95 Shaq 94 karl Malone >>>99 shaq and 03 shaq 99 was a down year for shaq and 03 shaq was leaving his prime all the other match ups duncan lost
Im not saying hakeem was way better its obviously close hakeem was just slightly better to me

How good were his Rockets teams tho :patrice:

2 chips when GOAT retired but other than that I remember them losing a whole lot.

What are his career averages?

He was great, but underrated? I don't think so. He is where he belongs.

He's one of the few guys to win a title without an all-star teammate.

And they would have definitely beaten Jordan's Bulls one of those years, they didn't have a losing season until he was almost 40 too.

Brought out the whole repertoire against The Admiral

Was a hard series to watch as a little Spurs fan.

Why can't they stop him:why:

That's the beauty of the evolution of the game 7 footers can give give you buckets inside and out and got more advanced ball handling skills.

Kobe isn't a better mid-range shooter than MJ, has lower basketball IQ, is less efficient, isn't nearly as athletic, is worse at creating space, is a worse defender, a less efficient post player, and less athletic.

Kobe isn't better than anything than Jordan except free throwing shooting and three point shooting. You might as well say Curry is better than Kobe because he's better shooter off the dribble, better three point shooter, better playmaker and passer, and a better ball-handler too.
@Swagnificent is :scust: but I don't think that's all Kobe has on MJ...

I think Kobe has better handles, footwork, is a better overall shooter and could score in every way, he was slightly less athletic than MJ. If Kobe wasn't so hell-bent on scoring explosion and hero ball he would be a better scorer. I also have KD over Kobe as a scorer, I saw too many 6 of 24 and 9 of 35 nights from Kobe.

MJ had bigger hands, stronger core, was a more accurate midrange shooter, a better slasher with superior hang time. He had more discipline and knew how to get to his hot spots at will. That's why he was a more dominant, consistent, and efficient scorer.

While I think MJ was a better scorer than Kobe I feel like he benefitted greatly from playing in a pre-zone era. T-Mac, Melo, LeBron, Kobe, KD guys like that would put up better numbers if their sustained peak was in the 80's and early 90's.

Hakeem > duncan , kobe, russell , bird... and id think hard of taking him over magic

Yeah, I agree with all those.

MJ-Kareem-Lebron are indisputable top-5.

Magic and Hakeem are my next two.

Duncan, Bird, Shaq, Wilt are in the next tier.

I don't know what to do with Russell.

No doubt. He's on my Mount Rushmore of NBA players. Unanimous top 4 player all-time.

1. Kobe Bryant
2. Michael Jordan
3. Hakeem Olajuwon
4. Shaquille O'Neal

That's the top 4 all-time in order. And if you disagree, you can go fukk yourself. :pacspit:

Why do Kobe stans have no clue what the word "unanimous" means. :deadmanny:

You're the third one to screw it up on the boards. :snoop:

Actually they can. They learn from the previous generation and make improvements.

Kobe is basically an updated version of MJ.

And the update is always better.

You dont even believe the bullshyt you spewing half the time, Mike would rape Kobe in every matchup.
