Can you read, troll? I never said American football was an Olympic sport. I said American football players participate in non-American football related events. Soccer players will never compete because they simply lack the ability, not because they make much more money. The average soccer player actually makes less money than the average American football player. Premier League salary is 30 thousand a week which only translates to about 400 thousand US dollars a year. The average American football player makes 435 thousand annually, so about 35 thousand more than the average English Premier league player makes every year. So in fact, soccer players aren't the best paid athletes in the world on average. American football players are paid more on average.
If Cristiano Ronaldo--one of the faster wing players--can't even beat a basic sprinter, we all know the deal. :mjlol:

They are also paid to play in the National Teams and you have to compare the salary in the best Football clubs not with the Football players of Queens Park Rangers... They have the 4 richest clubs in the World... Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

And all of that in a sport without commercials... If Football have 3 hours of commercials covering all your TV like HandEgg they would receive billionaire sums of money, that is the reason why NFL and MLB are so profitable.

How can Football players compete in the Olympics in other sports when they have their own Olympic Sport and also FIFA and their clubs would not let them compete in any other sport. Even there is a restriction to play in the Olympics itself.

They don't give a fukk about olympics because they are too busy working hard in their sport and winning tons of money unlike HandEgg players that are 10 months scratching their balls waiting for the beginning of the NFL season.

Name them.
Henry
Aaron Lennon
Hector Bellerin
Marc Overmars
Arjen Robben
Theo Walcott
Alex Oxlade Chamberlain
Antonio Valencia
Take it Back: Black Panther aka Eusebio
Shaun Wright Phillips
Obafemi Martins

I can go on. I don't understand why it matter though. In soccer, just like in football, its first step and speed over 10 yards which matters, not your 100m times. And many athletes in soccer have that quickness over 10 yards and change of pace in abundance.

:mjlol: @ that edit after I did what you asked. Even so, those were just the big names. There are a bunch of athletes in soccer bro. But being a superb athlete =/= being a good player. I don't understand why you can't cede that point.

I should have asked you to give me a list of Olympic level players currently playing, not this one, which lists players from the last 2 decade (Overmars? Eusebio? You are really clawing into the past :dead:). The only players here that were/are actually fast are Henry, Martins, Walcott and possibly Valencia (the rest are just fast dribblers). And you can't prove these 4 or so guys have Olympic speed, like I can with current NFL players (since a significant number participate in track and other athletic events), so the above list is moot.

NFL players regularly lift 400+ pounds and many jump 40+ inches too. JJ Watt does:

JJ Watt is like 6'7 and 280 pounds. Why aren't soccer players showing out like this?:yeshrug:

Stop it. Those are all legit speedsters. Just stop it. Look at my last post. You changed the criteria. I named 10 big names you would recognize. Overmars played at a high level up to 2004. What are you talking about? There are a ton of athletes in the game.

But JJ Watt or better known as "Mr.Steroids" doesn't participate in Olympics so using your logic he is a shyt athlete.

Am I right?

"Speedster" Yeah, OK. I consider your post for what it is but let's be frank, that list isn't proof that soccer players can compete with NFL players in terms of speed. I wouldn't say Lennon, Robben, Shaun Phillips, Bellerin, etc are faster than Ronaldo either. :comeon:

You don't know what you are talking about bruh. Enjoy your weekend

Edit: my bad I wasn't comparing the two sports. I'm just saying soccer has world class athletes too.

because it doesn't help you play soccer better?

i watch sports to enjoy the sport, not to thirst over the athletes' bodies and physical prowess

how did you make this thread even worse? :heh: you have a natural talent

No he doesn't participate in the Olympics, but his box jump is an example of an athletic feat, similar to what athletes show in the Olympics. This suffices for proving his ability as an athlete. Soccer players don't have any athletic feats whether it be in the Olympics, the gym, or otherwise. They are endurance runners and drug abusers.

Soccer federations don't even normally test for performance enhancing drugs like American leagues. You accuse American athletes of steroid use but ironically have a giant asterisk
because he abused HGH as an adolescent. He probably abused it as an adult too. So when we talk about steroids, let's talk about soccer players, whom are the most likely to abuse as a consequence of non-existent and corrupt oversight.

Strength is important in soccer when it comes to riding challenges and holding off defenders. Getting stronger helps one's pace, which is intricately involved in soccer. Many youth players don't play in the first rate leagues because they lack physical talent. Arsenal's best young striker right now is Chuba Akpom and the main reason he doesn't play is because he lacks strength. Go look at EPL player's thigh's, they're jacked for a reason. Soccer players don't show athletic feats because they have none.

1. You have no proof any of the aformentioned players have Olympic speed. The above list is purely your baseless and unsubstantiated opinion.

2. Most of the players you listed are arguably not even faster than Ronaldo. Lennon was actually tested as slower than Ronaldo. Your sleight of hand might work with a less knowledgeable person but not me. :umad:

Man this is the time when you say "hahaha I was just trolling breh I know True Football players are top top top athletes" if not I'm going to consider you an idiot.

You contradicted yourself in that sentence "Football players don't have any athletic feats".... They are endurance players" You are giving them an athletic feat genius:banderas::banderas::banderas:. And you saw the video of Ronaldo, that science video where they show his athleticism so why the hell you continue arguing this shyt? Are you a troll?

Yes they have a lot of tests for detect drugs... Why the hell you lie?

In the last 15 years I never heard of a top player using drugs... Now Americans athletes are well known for druging the shyt out of them... Lance Armstrong, 99.9% of Baseball players... HandEgg players too.

It's funny because you showed me a top HandEgg athlete that you admitted that he used steroids.:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:, if for you a good athlete is a steroids abuser you don't know shyt about athleticism.
