I kind of wanted OKC to win so they could get the playoff experience but in terms of competitiveness this is for the best
With Minny there's at least an illusion of them being able to compete with Denver. Jokic was gonna average 35/20/10 against the Thunder easy.
yeah i believe the season series is split between the Minny and DEN

and minny has some matches with DEN, so that could be a competitive series at best with a slight possible upset

Nuggets were gonna slaughter Thunder tho, so the results of this is best for nba fans(excluding thunder fans)

Warriors won 39 games and Steph was 1st team, and I don’t disagree with it. Thunder won 40 when they were expected to win 24, and he’s 4th in scoring. Without the #2 pick, it’s more about expectations, but idc what team he ends up on tbh. As long as it’s the Thunder
they were the 8 seed after the regular season

my point is the play-in gives a chance for more players to get in for being a low seed. and that makes no sense. Everything else is just narrative to justify it. Steph was number 1 in scoring for the season. Shai was not the best guard this season

This is the part of the restore I want to avoid. OKC had a remarkable year but this ain’t how you want to end your season. Getting blown-out in a playin is just adding insult to injury. that’s why Lamarlo was so frustrated last year in the playin. This is why Utah tanked in that game against OKC . Ainge seen the bigger picture.

Good year, way overplayed expectations & got a couple playoff level intensity games experience for all the young guys :ehh:

Just don't have the bodies to throw at their bigs & the whole team been just missing everything all night. Presti going to have to do something with the big rotation this summer though.
