That's from a writer at Digital Foundry, the same guys who stay bigging up MSFT. This isn't some "forum myth" or "sony stan". This is coherent, logical points that can't be dismissed as fanboy talk as this is a tech guy. He's an expert in this field.

It'd be like getting a 5 on 5 pickup basketball game but the other team decides they want to include children in it so now everybody can play but the players gotta hold back what they really can do.

This is a very serious matter. Buy a $500 console to experience Xbox One(2013) games in better fidelity or buy a PS5 to enjoy tailor made games meant to showcase all the features of the console.

I know what you're trying to do, I still think cross gen games unnecessarily anchor games to an old platform. My opinion hasn't changed in case you're wondering. With that being said there's still PS5 exclusives on the Horizon(Ratchet, God of War Ragnarok, GT7 and a few others.)

I guess I’ll wait for Horizon. Dont wanna play it on the 4, cant imagine how choppy the framerate would get(i got the slim).

The PS4 will hold Horizon 2 back right? Sony should just cut those legacy owners off. They had their time.

PS5 has mutliple exclusives like Demon Souls, Destuction All Stars, Ratchet & Clank, God of War 2 and who knows what else. Now what was your question?
