Real talk, I been here before. Not to this extreme, but it took me along time to understand what my girl(now wife) meant when we weren’t together and I was running the streets thinking my weekly visits, milk, and diapers was enough while she wasn’t getting any breaks.

A lot of assuming going on in this thread too about her and the child’s father.


This dysfunction we have as a people ain’t just relegated to ain’t shyt nikka’s and hood rats. It’s square ass folks out here going through this same shyt too, this shyt deeper than that.

A lot of men don't understand that women would benefit most from their time. If you're not contributing financially, pick the child up from school, take them to practices, provide dinner some nights, help with homework, volunteer for the field trip, something! And like you mentioned, it's all types of dudes hanging the mother of their children out to dry.
