Black Engineer advice to young men: Don't date seriously until you're 30

The problem with this is you nevrr develop the skills to get a woman for who you are all you have now is your money and career. If you gone wait until 30 you need to be doing some pretty dope shyt and become a very dope person or you’ll instantly just be a security blanket for woman instead of a lover.

This. nikkas really need to start looking serious at 21 if they are mature and the woman they are dating is mature but if you are immature, you need to wait till 27 for real.

The problem is, too many nikkas fukk hoes and it clouds your perception of women and takes awhile to get rid of.

all the women i know who embody the above are out the game.

i'm personally doing well for myself in my 20s, but in retrospect, i still would've sought out wifey in college . i feel like i had to learn a lot of hard mistakes dolo that it would've been nice to have a partner to talk it over with.

chasing women frivolously just amounts to wasted time and money. but the vast majority of men i'd say are OK with that.

All the chicks I dated that were wifey material in college are freaking engaged or married.

Hell no, I was smashing way badder chicks in my early 20's. You meet women who genuinely want a relationship with you, disregarding your money.

I'm not 30 yet, but the amount of women esp black quality women will never be experienced after college, unless you work in a hospital or live around HBCU'S.

Depends on the person. If you were a popular, top tier dude in college, you'll never have that many bad chicks available to you again.

But if you were just the average or below average Joe, and then you worked hard and now balling at 30, then you will have access to badder women than what you could pull in college.

I've seen brehs that dealt with basic chicks in college and end up wifing a fine ass braud in their mid/late 20's. Happens all the time.

I know I've smashed plenty of chicks that wouldn't have looked my way if we were in college together because they was fu**ing the athletes and frat boys. I also had several chicks that turned me down college, basically throw me the P years later. My pride wouldn't let me go that route, and plus they were looking for hubbys.

Just the nature of the game. That's why the young cats that are struggling need to keep their head up. IF you work at it, things will get better.

Men who keep telling other men to wait later and later to marry and have kids.

Don't get me wrong, one should ONLY marry and make a family if they are ready. But this is what women have to deal with. Waiting, waiting, and more waiting ...

We are told we are old hags by 30 if we aren't "married" ...

The job description he gave is exactly what my electrical engineer friend described. I'm a software dev and my electrical engineer friend kept talking about writing code in python and all this stuff i'm like why do yall programming so much. I was assuming engineers just did equations , moved it to diagrams and somebody built the shyt. He was like naw his day to day job is basically manipulating data in spreadsheets all day. like writing code to do equations . Sounds boring as shyt unless you're into that data scientist stuff. anyway my friend quit his gig cause it was becoming redundant and he is starting his own consulting practice. he's basically following this guys blueprint where he says learn from a successful business how to build your own business. basically go work in corporate america just to learn best practices and how corporate america works

.get you a women who an engineer or in college studying engineering too. Yall can piggy back off each other help get each other on jobs.

having 1 person who makes 150k and another that makes maybe 50k is nice
having TWO ppl each making 150k though....
nevermind the fact when you get home you can actually talk to them about work and they will get it. or they might even be able to do work for you
Dude i work with is married to a sr C# developer(chinese ppl). we had to do some one off c# modules to augment an external app we were integrating into our platform
none of us know c# .....my man took his laptop home and made his wife do it

College is literally the time where women of all varieties are down.....even if you're broke. Black, Asian, Latina...Petite, Thick...Rich, Hoodrats...6,7,8s.....throwing it at me.

I mean I know I'm decent looking but no male model or athlete.

Honestly if anything, I regret not keeping a few girls from college around until I am ready for marriage.

Real talk a brotha I work with wife is an thermal engineer and he is a mechanical engineer. He had some issues with a thermal analysis and just took it home and his wife did it for him.

Also them asians and indians will have spouses in engineering that will coach them up too on talking points for interviews if they are changing their engineering field or changing jobs.

Vietnamese dude I use to work with was a manufacturing engineer and his wife was an IE that basically crunched numbers. She gets laid off.....her husband fluffs her resume to get her an interview as a manufacturing engineer. Then he coaches her up on the job and what a ME does.

His wife ends up getting the job...

Well that's not everybody's experience.

I've seen it with my own eyes. I've seen dudes couldn't pull anything higher than a 6 in college end up with an 8 later on in life.

Personally, I wasn't pulling much in college and moved to a small town after graduation as a professional breh, and half the chicks in the city were throwing it at me.

Maybe I didn't maximize my potential in college (although I spit at a ton of chicks), but the game came way easier to me as a dude making money then it did as one of 8 million dudes on campus.

I wouldn't say that this is applicable to the majority of men, but it's a sizeable portion of men that end up being able to pull something nicer as a successful professional than as a college student.

That is why I always tell these college folks to try to find you a mate in college. It will never be easier to date cause most likely you dont have a career, got time to meet folks, dealing with folks in the same age bracket who are trying to do something, easy to get info on the people you are dating and folks young enough to grow and aren't set in their ways.

I would say ~25-27. I would recommend waiting until 30 to think about marriage, unless you find a good wife early. But your career should be a priority whether or not you're dating.... that doesn't stop being a priority once you find somebody

Thats why when I do come across a girl who preliminarily hits all the right notes now, my eyes light up, for better or worse. shyt is rare as I age. A lot of them are commitment phobic themselves tho always trying to upgrade or wait it out Always said I'm solo dolo if I don't have a potential wifey by 35 no matter what


I just can't get down with the idea of "building myself up", go through the bullshyt dating rituals in my 30s, just to trick whatever I worked for to some gold digger or young chick thats probably gonna divorce me.....I'd rather travel the world solo and make my creative endeavors come to fruition
