This may come off wrong but I dont listen to anybody.. Its my decision and my choice. I may value your opinion and your experience but its my decision to make...
That's not wrong for this reason

Please pay attention folks

Nobody is looking out for you. Your family has hope for you but you control your destiny and nobody is trying to help you. You stand for YOURSELF.

Breh this isn't fukkin target. An accounting firm WILL VERIFY shyt. And check CPA continuing education. Even with LinkedIn and others in 2015 you can't just slap some shyt on a resume with a figazi reference

What is verification exactly? Startups go under all the time. Who is to say that I didn't start a company in 2009, hired the kid do to my accounting, we went under and that's it. I'm in a management role currently for a large publicly traded company and can tell you that verification may not be as thorough as many people think. I don't know what you do (no assumptions good or bad...) but I can tell that when it comes to HR depts., employee interviewing etc., it's not always incredibly extensive.

You'd be surprised about LinkedIn and ANYONE can own an LLC. For a couple hundred dollars a year I can say I did all of the accounting work for a private consulting company and have it easily "verifiable"

Becoming a CPA yes, you definitely need the right credentials and post-graduate expertise. The breh was talking about an entry level job, I was just giving honest advice on how to give himself a shot.

That's all I gotta say. Feel free to respond but I'm not trying to derail your thread. You started a good thing.

People call me arrogant sometimes because how i act, move and think ...

Plus i learned to accept fault in what i do, move on and continue life... cant always keep passing the buck... its never anybody else's fault.. It's mine..

on the bolded... funny thing is every time my job has a fire drill and we all lined up getting our rules and we're talking to each other.. I'm like you know if it comes down to you or me... you're dying... they be like thats cold and i'm like that real... i'm trying get home f you

Every states sos website had business listings. If they think a business needs to be verified they can do it in a second.

Don't be simple sneaky breh. And don't start a relationship with a lie.

Dude, chill, stop dry snitching. LLC and all that been going on foreeevvvvverr. Chill.

Fake 1-800 numbers and all that...

When they verify work history, they only call, if that.

So many levels to the game.

...then you won't listen to this, so for everyone else:

The above poster is correct in the way that all of your decisions and choices are yours to make and you have to live
with the outcomes of such.

HOWEVER - LISTEN when you need to!

Not saying "do what people tell you", but LISTEN! Everybody in the world knows something about something.
It's the "Broken Clock" Theorem. And even so, most "clocks" aren't broken.

If you know a crackhead (seriously, i'm lol'ing at all the crackhead refs in here), listen to what they say about crack.
If you know a hustler, listen to what they say about getting money.
Listen to how married AND divorced people you know talk about marriage.

Dig - older people learn chit from younger people the same way.

Don't be too headstrong to where you miss some good game.
