100 pushups in 6 weeks

Am in brehs , am unhealthy as fukk on thing saving me is i have a fast metabolism so couldn't gain weight even if i tried

did 8 in my initial test :sadcam: , will update with app screens as i go

Today I did a total of 53 pushups thanks to the Hundred Pushups Android app. (Week 2, Day 2, Level 2

and the last sets are becoming difficult as fukk , but am pulling them through barely and admittedly in bad form the last 4 or 5 push ups

I have been slipping with this. last time I did pushups was about a week ago.

Been pulling 80 hour weeks, but that is about to change next week to get back on this grind along with everything else I am doing.

i just noticed that android apps give u different sets than the website

They have a dips one too that shyt mixed with situps, pushups, and squats will have you :whew: and :to:

I'm not tryna download no app so how does this work? Do you just do pushups to failure until you've done 100? I can do at least 30+ straight with good form if I'm 100% focused so what does that mean for my routine?

Just print the workout sheet from the site, it details the plan. That's what I use :manny:
