I’ll be starting back hiking next week depending on energy levels. Hiking can be treacherous. You think u going for a nice walk in the woods. Next thing you know, u walking up a steep ass mountain.![]()
them hikes can add up if you do it constantly. and dont get in the mindset of "I just did this workout ill reward myself with some wings or something"
gotta stay disciplined with what you eat
might start up again but I hate having to cook every meal because nowhere takeout is keto
