Trying to find pics of body types b/c I’m not posting pics or personal shyt on this site. Weirdos look for leverage they can use against chicks when u say stuff they can’t refute instead of just debating like normal people.:deadmanny:

Wow I'm late...I did not know you were a chick and I have been seeing your post for a while.

When I first joined thecoli, there use to be a lot of chicks who would post on here and that is why @Brooklynzson created the salon for the ladies, but these weird nikkas would somehow find the girls personal pics and post them and ran them off. It was one chick who dm me about some shyt and I was like watch out there are weird ass dude on here and a couple weeks later, they posted a smash or pass thread on her, with her personal pics and she left.

You'll want them, but once your body starts burning fat for energy, you don't need them. Keto takes willpower, but of you do it right, it works very well.

Your body will always burn fat if you’re in a caloric deficit. Don’t fall for those broscience traps. There are two benefits to keto when it comes to cutting:

1. It’s practically impossible to eat near maintenance if you cut the carbs and are replacing them with protein.

2. You will feel better if you have a gluten or dairy allergy

Playing 3 hours of ball a day while doing keto for instance is just not sustainable.

I’m the same way. If it’s not a lifestyle change that you doing forever, if you go back to eating a normal amount of carbs the weight will come back. Everything in moderation and cardio and weight lifting. Yes it’s a slower less drastic approach but it’s easier to maintain and doesn’t cramp up your lifestyle too much. :yeshrug:
You can do huge caloric deficits with a balanced diet too. Staying active + OMAD is what has always worked best for me.

Keto isn’t a diet but man’s natural diet. You were BORN in a ketogenic state. Why the medical industry and health establishment don’t tell people this and the truth is mind blogging.

It's the theory of the stress of being locked up in bad conditions affecting the animal which is said to affect the quality of the meat and also some say the stress transfers to the person eating the animal.

I believe this theory is true cause I've eaten organic pasture raised eggs along with the normal non-organic eggs and I can taste the difference. First of all, the non-organic eggs are unnaturally big. That's because of the hormones they inject in the chickens so that they produce more meat and eggs. Also the texture doesn't feel the same as when you eat the organic pasture raised eggs.

I would suggest everyone who is health conscious only buy organic PASTURE RAISED eggs. That essentially means its from chickens that were raised in a local farm naturally rather than those factory farms that produce millions of eggs a year.

Of course you burn fat in a defect. In ketosis you just burn more.

I am no athlete, but my energy went through the roof once I got adapted to fat burning. Ketones are proven more efficient fuel than glucose.

I've done keto on several occasions, and the results were amazing. The problem with keto is me. If I maintained, or was active and responsible when I was off, I would be in way better health. All my vitals improved. Proper keto is a powerful tool.

I agree with you because I went plant based vegan for a couple of months and I lost weight without trying. I'm on keto right now but I had more energy and slept way better when I ate carbs.

What do you mean when you say eat near maintenance?

If you burn 2500 calories a day, you must eat 2500 calories a day to be eating at maintenance (no gain or loss of weight)

Sounds to me like your improved energy and vitals is a by-product of cutting starchy and high sugar foods out of your diet.

No its not. Fruits and vegetables are carbs and they are part of our natural diet. The way our ancestors got to ketosis wasn't by filling themselves with fats everyday. They got to ketosis by FASTING. They would go through cycles of feasting and fasting. They would have a big kill and eat all the meat in a day (because there was no refrigeration in the plains of Africa). Then they would go for days inbetween hunts until their next meal.

Its fasting that kept us in ketosis not a diet that restricts the amount of fruits and protein you can eat.

This sounds more logical, what people have to do is imagine what it was like before technology. Our bodies didn't evolve with refrigerators and regularly scheduled meals in mind.

Did keto for 5 months straight.. explained it all in the keto thread in the gym subforum. All the weight comes back eventually :francis:

Even if you start eating limited carbs and sugar, it comes back eventually. Eating healthy is one thing, but ultimately WEIGHT LIFTING will keep the fat off and boost your metabolism and have you looking toned/thick/ripped whatever.
