It's a record of you signing up for shyt and wether you pay for the shyt.

A bad credit score is not like bad weather which just pops up. You have to agree to pay for some shyt, and then not pay for it.

Union county, middlesex county or Somerset county should work for her, depending on where she works. There are still decent priced places, and as you know, the schools are all top notch. I could shoot you the names of towns to look at.

Edit: there are places with homes for rent for 2500 in good areas where the public schools are still 7/10 a minimum. And a 7/10 in nj is a 10/10 in 98% of the other states lol
