My sister has been doing this since the start of the New Year and she can’t eat shyt

I don’t think people realize how much shyt has sugar in it. You literally gonna have to read the label on every single thing you put in your body. You can’t even eat fruit and beans

She said the first week was the worst as her body was going thru withdrawal but she’s been straight since. She lost a few pounds and has way more energy. My boy has been doing 137 g a day and that’s been hard so I know 0 g is some bullshyt

when you get that sugar dopamine rush, and you binge on some snacks, and it hits you the next day. Feeling depressed or bloated.

I don’t get what the point of not allowing a healthy amount (20-35 grams) of natural sugar from fruit would be?

If you pick fruits that are nutrient dense you’ll get important micronutrients from them.

Additionally fruit provides fiber and polyphenols which both help with your digestive ecosystem. The more fiber the better unless nikkas wanna be out here on some mud butt shyt having to take 20 mins to wipe ya ass after taking a dump.

shyt, a fruit like watermelon due to it having such a high water content even can have an “anti-obesity” effect due to it causing you to feel more satiated. Not to mention the potential impact it’ll have on your libido

I think people are taking it too literally. He seems like he's talking about high fructose corn syrups and refined sugars in processed foods. Natural sugars from fruit & wheat/bread are completely fine and part of a balanced diet.

I just did this for basically a week and didn't feel much withdrawal, I'm down to see what a month will feel like, let's do it OP.
