Why is it that the focus from the usual suspect is bottom of the barrel jobs? Why aren't they complaining about Asian immigrants taking the best or starting businesses that should be started by blacks?
Isn't low pay better than no pay?
and as long as there is room to move up, you can spend a 1-3 years grinding and move up the ladder to a better position with more pay. I know that's less than ideal but its not like black people have the leverage we need to choose otherwise...
Pay with benefits, preferably unionized jobs so labor can collectively bargin with the employer. Companies are shytting employees misusing 1099 and hiring contractors. America is already a slave camp with is 2-3 weeks vacation, some people don't even get sick time which is stressful. Was reading a recent study from Florida Atlantic University about how lack of sick time leads to stress/psychological disorders. What use is having a job, low pay or not, if you are going to have a heart attack because you are afraid to call in sick for yourself or when a loved one is in need.

You can focus on advancement without killing these black jobs. Its like you guys don't understand its racism that is keeping us out of the better job sectors. You think if the shyt jobs go bye-bye we will just move up... when the reality is we will be left out in the cold... or on welfare.(same thing to me)

Because White capital invested in them (namely Chinese Americans) during WW II, a diplomatic gesture as they were trying to make allies against Japan.
At the time of the 1940 census, Hilger found, California-born Asian men earned less than California-born black men. By the 1970 census, they were earning about the same as white men, and by the 1980 census, the native-born Asian men were out-earning white men.
Throughout this time, many Asian American families did invest, increasingly, in their children's education. But Hilger discovered that the improvements in educational attainment were too modest to explain how Asians' earnings grew so fast.
The picture became much clearer when he compared people with similar levels of education. Hilger found that in the 1940s, Asian men were paid less than white men with the same amount of schooling. But by the 1980s, that gap had mostly disappeared.
“Asians used to be paid like blacks,” Hilger said. “But between 1940 and 1970, they started to get paid like whites.” The charts below shows average earnings for native-born black, white and Asian depending on how much education they had.

No it's about getting the opportunity and equal pay without having their foots on our necks. With policies geared towards Blacks backed by federal protection, poverty would alleviate itself within a generation or two.
This is illustrated during reconstruction (when the federal government manned the South for a mere 9 years) Black enterprise, literacy improvement, professional and political achievements during reconstruction (as long as the Union Troops were around). And this was accomplished direct from slavery - a grand refutation of the theory of racial inferiority. So in a fair and equal society, blacks would would do the same as any other model minority. It's been documented.

@DEAD7 and others have said what should be done for recompense and most importantly improving Black American lot. What they suggested has been proven effective if implemented and protected by our government, which is sad that the US government (who created the issue) has to occupy cities so that multi-generational citizens can be treated fair and human. I was just correcting you about Asians getting their money because they are not unicorns, they were in fact chosen and given the provisions(equal pay and access) to improve their situation which allowed them to exceed Whites in education and income.ok so what do you suggest we do to get this hug?
