They can't. Black managers with black employees. Can't put the blame anywhere else. Not even corporate. Corporate job is the keep the shelves full.. After that it's all on the store management.
Nonsense.
You're saying all Black employees are low quality, which is a cac talking point.
Management's job is to ensure that corporate standards are upheld.
From corporate to regional to district to area to store level.
If the store is fukked up, that's store management's fault.
Store management hires the employees. Manager's job is select the best applicants.
If your store managers are fukking up, that's because area mgr are lax.
Think of it like sports. If the team is losing, they look at all levels.
Players, coaches, front office, etc.
Every hood has a business that has been going for decades, so to say grocery stores cant survive in the hood is false.

If you got mass theft, it's because your loss prevention team aint shyt.
Loss prevention can’t puts hands on them right?

Plus it’s so widespread in some of these stores that loss prevention can’t keep up.

It’s like the old saying goes… this is the reason why we can’t have nice stuff.

Sounds like u need a mass loss prevention team. How much u think they willing to spend before it cuts into the bottom line?
You're talking about a company owned by the Walton family.
They're amongst the richest Americans alive.
Hiring competent loss prevention isn't a Herculean task.
Not to mention the police stay posted at the Walmart in the burbs, like I said before.

Loss prevention or security can detain a thief physically once they cross the threshold of the store.

We need to take that and expand it to other cities. Hire black distribution and logistics. Hire black drivers. Hire black lawyers.

Just the tip of the iceberg. I’m not familiar with the Chi but do they have low income grocery stores like Save A lot?
Theres a protest in chicago because save a lot isnt "nice enough" for their neighborhood. Mind you Whole Foods was there, and closed down

maybe this new save-a-lot will be good, but the previous save-a-lot stores were TERRIBLE.

these stores are not near me, so I highly doubt I shop there. hopefully they have better quality food this time.

this shyt is laughable. first they were pissed when whole foods came into the neighborhood cuz it was gonna be too expensive. However, that whole foods actually had competitive pricing and was probably the cheapest whole foods in the entire city.

now they bytching cuz save-a-lot isn't good enough. they should be happy they are getting something this quickly. at least there's an aldi close by within walking distance of where the former whole foods was.

It’s a lie that white people don’t patronize our small businesses. We don’t have to put “black owned business” in the window. And I personally know a breh I went to high school with whose family has a Caribbean food spot, and white people come to the hood to get food.

And from a pragmatic perspective, you want to open a business where people can afford to shop, and are less likely to steal.
I gave you a specific example so I couldn’t care less about you claiming it to be “a lie” because some nikka you went to high school with wasnt affected. Every business won’t be. Every community won’t. Speak in generals, not the exception.
