They say after the surgery you will need reading glasses in your mid 40s...but shyt I was 23 when I got the surgery...20 years of not ever wearing glasses is worth it. Situational reading glasses don't sound bad to me at all.
No, because they numb your eyes. You see it, hear it, and smell it though.
You feel a slight burning tingling sensation like an hour afterwords which can last 5-15 hours depending on which surgery (blade-less option or full laser option, latter being the most accurate and quickest recovery). During that time frame it feels like you have sand in your eyes, your vision will look like beer goggles, and your eyes will constantly water. It is miserable, and like I said earlier, all you can do is just go to sleep or live your life like Stevie Wonder (sleeping helps recover faster of course).
I walked out the facility at 2pm, got a ride to a nearby hotel, tried to watch TV then quickly gave up
