I see what you saying but who's fault is that. Why is it that me as black man can analyze my options when comes to my career and other dudes can't? I grew in ghetto same as them, was affected by the same white supremacist images all over the media like them, realized the value of being black and knowing a skill etc... What makes me so special or different from them?

Whites are prominent in almost every jobs sector so it comes to no surprise too see them dominating trades and they usually have family backgrounds in it as well. And Hispanic youth aren't much smarter than black youth but are more wiser I would say. Hispanics come to this country and realize they don't have much money to go to college so they settle for the next best thing. Blacks and Hispanics are sorta in the same situation financially when comes to communities yet we seem to go for the more expensive options (college) rather than the cheapest (trade school). I blame the older black generation...

People are idiots. It's that simple. People are idiot.

The only difference is that other groups of people have created a system that guides, helps and protects their idiots. Everyone is to blame because no one is learning from the mistakes.

My father did 23 years in prison for murder. While there he learned the trade carpentry. When he jumped, of course he couldn't find work and besides he's a ass to people, so he needed his own. He didn't get a loan to start a business. He started off in his neighborhood. Doing things for neighbors. Word of mouth spread.

I would work with him on odd jobs on the weekend or when I was unemployed. He just give me 500 for basically cleaning up and talking shyt with him.

Pops made 6 figures a year, totally on his own. No boss too answer too, got up when he wanted, charged what he deemed fair. He did all this on his own.

In carpentry you learn a little bit about every trade. Near the end pop had plugged up with a dboy who purchased homes for like 10 stacks. He then told pops to come fix it up like new. Pops would do his part then call in his electrician and hvac friends. Dboy would break pops off like 15 to 20 stacks on like 2 weeks work.

Sure, but keep in mind that most Africans leave in cities and apartments. They do not hire Carpenders, so other Africans can not do this. Trade is only for a small number of us

We need an assortment of black tradesmen simple to be able to call black to do the jobs needed. Take these crackers money and stimulate us. Never know my kid may need a quick gig and he can depend on his people.
I feel like the need for black trade classes in society are not spoken about enough

Every single Mexican I know is an electrician or something, always taught by family members

In regards to women and I, personally, can speak on black women; not attaining a single one of those careers doesn't prohibit said man from getting the p*ssy and ejacutating in it. A lot of brehs have no incentive to want more nor care because in their hearts, they're winning.

Those women are simply settling for the best they can get. That may, indeed, be a plumber.

But, rest assured, if a doctor or lawyer were to pay her some attention, she'd curve plumber breh in a heartbeat.

My friends uncle is welder in NYC and makes 45$/hour.
This is not typical, unless you are a master structural welder.

Most production welders make from $14-30/hr depending on what you're welding, where you are etc/
