I could probs do 25-30 full rom pullups. I also dont weigh shyt and actually do 100-200 several times a week along with back so ymmv

Most nikkas cant do more than one tho and thats facts. Toward the end of my time in the coast guard they were adopting new PT standards and these flabby cacs were bytching about doing 1, 1 fukking pullup. Youre in the military dog. Shameful

Coli workout threads where you got a bunch of weak nikkas who look like shyt talking about what everyone can / should do :mjlol:

No one gives a fukk what the “average” man can do but I guess that makes cats feel better about themselves

Have you ever seen a 300 pound guy do pull ups?

of course, the more you do, the better but being considerably smaller does have an advantage when it comes to it.

stop making excuses you weak ass nikka, the more you weigh the stronger you should be lmao, if you can't do pull ups is not your weight making it hard its because you are weak

The Truth
Another reason I know nikkas is cappin

I went to boot camp and nikkas thought you was going out for SEALS if you could hit at least 25... which I did regularly

We even had pullup competitions in the laundry room at night and shyt. Even when I was in dorms (school, before military) we had pull-up challenges in the gazebo.

Pull-ups isn’t even a necessity to me anymore, I just do lat pull downs now usually. Nobody trying to walk around that wide af anymore...

but 30 is cool but not impossible... and Marines between 18-24 has a max pull-up of 23... they’re not even required to do that or pull-ups in general.

Negative. keep thinking that more weight=more strength uncontested.

Like I said, it is RARE for someone holding that much weight (regardless of strength) to do a proper push up. Seems like you really don’t know what you’re talking about so I’ll leave it at that.

What lifestyle are you living to where that’s amazing? I done had a pull up bar at the all my spots for years now. nikkas used to make nikkas do pull ups for losing bets. It’s was this one baseball game mlb the show where nikkas used to have to do 10 pull ups if they got struck out. You probably had an non athletic group of friends smh. Or you probably fat. I know the fat nikkas be having a hard time cause all the weight. Either way, you nikkas need to look in the mirror if y’all acting like 30 pull ups is some unachievable accomplishment. shyt is sad really
30 real pull ups in one set is absolutely not the norm, even for a lot of athletic folk. What fantasy land do you live in?

No I said the more you weigh the stronger you should be, you should be able to lift more the more you weigh, this is a fact not an opinion, if you can't lift your own body weight YOU ARE WEAK

So a light person lifting themselves up isn't any easier than a big person because they are smaller and weaker in general, it's like somebody weighing 150 trying to left 250 pounds, someone 300 should have an easy time lifting it

i'm not saying that is always the case, I'm saying if you weight a lot and can't lift your own body weak you are weak for size, this is a fact, not hard to understand
