Full range of motion is overrated, dumb and dangerous.

You have a greater risk for injury doing full range of motion. Full range of motion prevents constant tension of the muscle. And Full range of motion doesn't generate as much muscle hypertrophy as partial reps, 3/4 reps or time under tension.

:ohhh: I need to see reciepts for this. Although I fully agree with squats. I’m not doing ATG just to fukk my legs up when I never bend that low while hooping.

Honestly, those guys look like they're in more shape than me while I may be a lot more fit than them. My stomach needs work.

30 real pull ups in one set is absolutely not the norm, even for a lot of athletic folk. What fantasy land do you live in?
I've never seen anyone at my gym do 30 and I count whenever I see dudes do them just to see if they got me. I never seen anyone at my gym do more than 15.

Yeah and no, cause most people can’t do one. But for someone his size, 9 is kind of weak. I have a slim frame and I understand that I can knock out more pull ups because of that. Even if I ain’t hit them shyts in months, I can still knock out at least like 30

He didn't really do 9 tho. That was prolly equal to 3 or 4 real pullups
