The pullup machine hit different than the pullup bar you hook on the doors, don't they?

Yeah I specified earlier I was talking about the one you get from Walmart. The ones at the gym harder. I hit that shyt between hooping at LA Fitness and it’s definitely harder than the home one. I’m not no workout expert, but I been doing pull-ups on them home pull up bars for years now so that shyt is second nature.

Yea I agree especially on your days off from the gym. A good amount of calisthenics helps a lot.

What does his size and weight have to do with anything? You only get better at pull-ups by doing pull-ups. If he doesn’t do them everyday then 10 is about as good as it gets. No other exercise trains you for pull-ups. There maybe 2 people in here that can do 10 straight

Have you ever seen a 300 pound guy do pull ups?

of course, the more you do, the better but being considerably smaller does have an advantage when it comes to it.

Full range of motion is overrated, dumb and dangerous.

You have a greater risk for injury doing full range of motion. Full range of motion prevents constant tension of the muscle. And Full range of motion doesn't generate as much muscle hypertrophy as partial reps, 3/4 reps or time under tension.

Yeah and no, cause most people can’t do one. But for someone his size, 9 is kind of weak. I have a slim frame and I understand that I can knock out more pull ups because of that. Even if I ain’t hit them shyts in months, I can still knock out at least like 30
nikka I was doing 30 straight from a dead hang since I was playing football and in the military while wearing full uniform (because I used to bet nikkas for money at work that I could do them... and I was 200lbs) and I can tell you for a regular nikka, 10 is just fine.

His form wasn’t even bad either, everyone knows you don’t go full range... that shyt is rest for your muscles if anything... and I’ve also been in 3 weightlifting contests while in the military where pull-ups was a main factor.

Everybody act like there way is the only way. Dude is a novice and his form wasn’t even that trash. It was a circuit anyway, nikka wasn’t focusing on form he was focusing on getting the reps.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
nikka last time you was in Atlanta, you made a thread, and I made a request for a friendly fade. Your shook ass didn’t even respond cause you probably wasn’t sure if I was joking or not. It’s mothafukas on the site who done been to the crib and seen the pull up bar and all that shyt. nikka I’m much too cool to cap about 30 pull ups. I’m a live in the field in shape ass nikka. I got a punching bag in my living room where I practice punching nikkas. So I’m always in shape even if I’m not hitting the bar. So as I said, I can knock out like 30 if I ain’t been on it in months

I don’t recall ever seeing this post on ATL board

:duck:

and you gay for having nikkas online go to your home. Seriel killer victim ass nikka.

I’ll be in ATL in a few months again.

Average man on the street probably couldn't do more than 3 proper pull ups.
And i'm one of them!
