No, they don't. That's a benefit of being a woman. You have to come to terms that they have it easier than us on the front end. If it's any consolation, most of them claim that this advantage does not have much value to them. But that's hard to conceptualize to someone that has never been intimate with someone they find very attractive. There's opportunities and experiences that an average looking 18 year old girl has that a man would have to make millions to get. Such is life.
But on the back end, they do have to have their stuff together if they want a dude to actually stay with them. If not, they'll continue to get dogged out and played by dudes.
