Washington only had one option. Pick whatever the Sons package was or hold on to Beal. Beal straight up had the option to veto any trade he didn't like. He wanted to make a super team.

They definitely should've hanged up on this bullshyt and told Beal to get to pulling some strings if he really wanted to go there.

Miami had firsts they could offer tho. And while I think both deals were trash, I would take Miami's deal off that alone. I just cannot cosign trading Beal for Shamet and 2nds. Granted, we have to see what they can get for CP3, the return was awful.
