Son,I've been to Kigali,specifically Kicucyiru and Remera several times though the first guy to tell me that was a Burundian Tutsi. A dude at the IBUKA, the semi official RPF NGO confirmed it. Many Ugandans,Rwandese and Congolese have told me the same.

Here's a local explaining :"when a Tutsi woman gets to the time of fertility and she is sure if she had sex she would become pregnant, there is this ritual that Tutsis do. The women always go back home when pregnant a spend around 3 months at their parents homes."
