A year ago, I would have said she is being a demagogue, but the Democratic establishment demonstrated in the past two years that they will support pure evil in the form of Net and Yahoo and Israel without losing sleep. Then they will team up with the liberal institutions like NYT and Washington Post etc. to gaslight Americans.
So you can extrapolate from that very transparent immoral actions to other issues like healthcare, social safety net etc.
