I think the thing that is overrated is the importance/impact of the PG position, especially smaller PGs, in today's league. Dominant versatile wings/post players win championships not 6 foot tall PGs. You can't expect a guy like Paul to carry a team to a championship.

It's funny how being the first 1 seed to lose in round one didn't stick to GP. It's funny how constant first and second round L's with prime Malone didn't stick to Stockton. Funny how Nash has been teflon for a decade. But CP3 of all guys is the PG we decide to we want to hold to the Jordan/Kobe/Lebron standard.
