Didn't the Flopden Rockets have a game where more than half the shots they attempted were threes? My new thing now is counting how many consecutive possessions end in 3 point shots (both teams). Dont remember the game but the most I seen since I started was 7 straight possessions :scust::francis::mjlol:

I mean, they lost Game 7 because they missed 27 consecutive threes.

Yeah the threes have gotten out of control now. I was hoping the league was going to get rid of the corner three ball. Guess not

The NBA at its core is the most childish and easy to solve sport, it always has down periods because of that like the 70s and early 2000s, it will bounce back once a rule change is established like adding the 3pt line or the 3 second violation, but idk about this adam silver guy so we’ll see
Yet yo ass ain’t make it to the league :mjlol:

The ting is you have different generations who watch ball.

The old old heads who enjoyed 70s, 80s & 90s basketball
The old heads :flabbynsick: who enjoyed the 90s -2000s
Millennials 2000, 10s and now the 20's

A problem is is that the older demo complaining about the state of the game
The younger demo don't care cause they got ig, twitter, netflix all these other things competing for their attention.

So real fans of the game saying this is :scust::scust: will have them tuning out in droves
Can the NBA survive with the microwave generation who aren't even watching games.
They look at box scores or the condensed 2 min game and be analytic nerds :dead:

The craziest thing tho.. the best offensive player/scorer in the game takes a healthy bunch of mid range js, post ups, going in his bags yet all these other bums just shoot 3s.

My problem ain't with bruhs taking the threes.

My problem is watching someone 7'2" that ain't named Kevin Durant shoot that shyt.

If you had those 35 guys to choose from....

And your other options were Jeff Hornacek, Bryon Russell, Reggie Miller, Derrick McKey, Chris Mullin, Nick Anderson, Penny Hardaway, Dennis Scott, John Starks, Anthony Mason, Kevin Johnson, Dan Majerle, Richard Dumas, Clyde Drexler, and Terry Porter....

Then which group would you pick to defend MJ better?

Aminu would be a better defender on MJ than anyone the Jazz had. Ball would be a better defender than what the Pacers or Magic were trying to play. Tatum and Brown would be a better pairing than anything the Blazers or the Knicks had. And those were the 5 teams that played MJ the CLOSEST.....yet their perimeter defenders wouldn't even make top-30 in today's game.

Can you disprove that or no?

You still talking about the great defense of today's generation? Defense? :mjlol:

So i guess kobe today is DeRozan with the look in his eyes :mjlol:

Name me an offensive player who gets greatly bothered by this almighty defense today. :mjlol:

A league where a certified midget damn near averaged 30 a game. :mjlol:

Defense? I mean defense only works when you actually play one.:mjlol:
