I don't remember the number but there was one Expedition that thought doing the mission naked was a sound strategy....so they were running around beating the sh*t out of everything with no clothes on....and they were so hard core they made it all the way to the monument and discovered basically what we did in this game about Renoir/The Paintress....but when one of them tried to swim back to Lumiere the Gommage hit before they had a chance to tell anyone.

So am I supposed to be able to take out all of these super bosses before I finish the last mission? Or is there some super picto and skill I get from that last mission?

Because I cleared out frozen hearts, the spot with the hand people. I bodied the big thing in the water. But the flying dragon thing that takes your AP be whipping my ass and I struggle in the tower after stage 3

What are you calling the "last mission"?
You gotta give more info on your pictos to let you know if you are missing a key one, breh

The flying dragon is one of the toughest fights in the whole game IIRC.

yeah Act 3 scaling is wonky, the last bit of story is significantly easier than most of the end game side content

pretty much if you do anything other than wrap up the story first, you're gonna be OP

Played 7 hours last night. Made it all the way to "Chef" and won their tourney and got sun/moon girl

Combat is fun as hell, im playing on Normal might bump it up to expert nothing has been too tough yet once you learn the timing to dodge

My only knock is that I don't love moving through the world map. Feels kinda jank like FF8 when you hopped out the ship.

The director of the game says that FF8 is a primary influence on the game and one of his favorites of all time. Finish the game and it'll make total sense. Also, don't touch the difficulty yet. Trust me....

I've already beaten the main story and all side content outside of Shanks

Game was fantastic, even the map got better once i had different ways of getting around.

Might do a ng+ at higher difficulty next year. Curious to see what this new update brings whenever it drops

Yeah, I'm gonna do a harder playthrough on NG+ when the DLC drops. Easily one of my favorte games of the past decade.

after you beat paintress you have to head back to lumiere for the final mission to bring everyone back or whatever. For Pictos I just got the cheater one, I got second chance, first strike combo attack Those are the most useful ones I can think of

I guess I’m asking is there anything else that doesn’t show up until after that last mission

ya'll nikkas must suck the only hard fights on normal are the side bosses like most rpgs

if you build your main 3 properly shyt will be over REAL quick

You should just go to Lumiere.
