I experienced c00ns at my old job and my current job. My old job it was a group of black females and this light skinned cat that claimed to be not black, because his great great grandmother on his dads side was white. The light skinned cat ended up dating this fat white girl at the job and they broke up and he ended up as the job outcast. The light skinned cat had car troubles and nobody helped him, so he had to wait, but this old brother who was a security guard gave him a jump. I told the security guard I wasn't doing shyt and he started laughing, the security guard said he helped him because he felt bad, but he was really laughing at him. He told me that my other coworkers wanted him to date that fat white girl because they wanted the light skinned cat to teach them all the new dance moves, like the cat daddy, dougie and other shyt. He said it was up to me to redeem the brothers at the job and fukk with a bad bytch, I was like nikka please. I was already fukking with this Ethiopia chick that quit, but nobody knew.

I already wrote about the c00n black chicks that tried to get me fired on here before, but one time one black chick was opening up these plasma tubes and she said to this white boy "it's okay because I have slave hands." I was like wtf and the white boy was quite, even he knew that shyt was over c00n. That same girl tried to claim she was 1/2 native american and the others at the job started laughing and making fun of her and they started talking shyt about her hair.

One of the c00n bytches at my job was embarrassed because she found out we knew the same females outside of work. After she found out she would break her neck to say hello to me and was being overly nice, shyt was funny. I use to bag on the bytch infront of the coworkers and she could not say shyt lol

I found a different job and later on all of those c00n nikkas were fired

I'm the only minority at work besides an Arab woman who calls white people out on their racism and reports it. I call these c00ns the light skin coalition because all the light skin c00ns I work with only associate themselves with the white people at work who are supervisors. They laugh loudly at their corny ass jokes. When dark skinned people use slang at work the supervisors tell them they use too much slang and it's hard to communicate with them.

The supervisors walk around saying, "what's gucci?" And other faux black liberal white slang. These light skinned nikkas do it too but won't give a real nikka a pound or the head knod while their masters are watching.

I'm the only black cook who isn't mixed race and light skinned. I demand black people are represented on the menu because I work in Oakland and these c00ns never back me up. They only want to make Asian food and kale salads. I suggested we add gravy and jumbalaya to the menu and they said that's disgusting and nobody would pay to eat that. They can't cook black food. Only Asian and hippie shyt. It's disgusting.

In professional cooking everything is in French, Spanish, or Italian. When a black guest asks one of these c00ns to explain the menu they always use french terms and technical terms to be condescending. I come out and explain it in a language everyone can understand.

We have coupons at my spot because it's expensive to eat there. The c00ns will not help the black people get their coupons accepted. Again, I come out and make sure the coupon is accepted and don't shame them for using them. Ain't nothing wrong with saving money and expanding your diet.

This is sad but kinda funny too

So every year we have these once a year Quarter 3 "pump up/jock-jams" ass conferences.

They do it by division and I'm the only black manager in mine, but there are several black non-managers etc.

Every year (no joke) they have our executives up on stage trying to get us all "excited" for Quarter 3...the only thing a breh is excited for is the free lunch and time off the floor

Well after the powerpoint presentation they have these "games" where they give away $20 gift cards...and then the music starts

I swear this shyt has to be a fetish to older white men ...they always play the "newest" rap song with a dance and offer a gift card to someone to teach them how to dance...

A few years ago it was the Dougie and the schmoney dance..It's always brothers (and some sisters) fighting each other to get on stage and teach everyone how to dance on some

This last year two brothers went up and "offered" to show everyone how to Milly Rock and I swear it was the most uncomfortable I've ever been at work. I felt bad for them thinking that dancing at work while people clap and laugh at you is ever going to get you somewhere

I just remembered another one!

There were 2 fights at work in the same week. One was a black on black fight and a cpl days later, 2 white dudes go into it.

When the 2 Black dudes started arguin', some other Black dude was like "Let them fight!"

A cpl days later, the 2 white dudes started arguin and pushin'. This nikka jumped up and got in between them and said "I refuse to let you two guys fight. Not on my watch!"
