Dudes pretending to give a shyt about ROH when I was the only one upping the old thread and watching their shows.

Who is ignoring that or saying WWE isn't doing it too?
Y'all really pathetic man. EVERYTHING is "oh but what about WWE" even when you mention them![]()
Keep that same energy for TNA who is actually still operating as its own company while WWE "raids" themDudes pretending to give a shyt about ROH when I was the only one upping the old thread and watching their shows.![]()
So...you're more super of a fan than me?I ain't playing that game lol I've seen your posts and I'm one of the few here who watches both promotions and I actually spend my money on WWE tickets unlike some of the most staunchest stans on here lmaoooooooo
I can GUARANTEE YOU... I've been to more WWE shows and in the front row more than anyone here unless your name is Green Shirt Guy

Either way, your timeline is all fukked up and engaging in any discourse with you is an absolute shyt show as usual, so I'm gonna go run these miles and hit the mariners game.
So...you're more super of a fan than me?
Cool? Props? I don't even get this argument![]()
At this point we gotta stop arguing with the same posters who already have their mind made up. They hate AEW but can’t stop talking about it.How do you not get it? You tried turning my post into a stan war and I'm someone who actually spends money on WWE my entire life lol... Why would I spend hundreds of dollars on tickets for something I don't like? Make it make sense breh... the fact is, WWE did all the shyt I said they did![]()
What he did to ROH was way worse. First the elite and like 80% of the All In card leaves roh and forms aew. Then he promoted that aew talent can work with other companies and continue to work with roh, and they can work on his show too....then he starts signing all of them from ROH, and guts their roster....then he buys ROH for scraps.
It is also noteworthy that the essential nail in the coffin for ROH was the msg g1 supercard show, which was announced BEFORE all in occured, and had a trash roster from ROH because they were gutted, and aew then used that opportunity to work with NJPW more, and subsequently signed their best talent too.
It's absolutely no less predatory than anything Vince did to AWA or Houston Wrestling
It's destructive......to NXT. It shows that NXT isn't really "cared about" within the TKO executive room because if they really cared about NXT they'd be trying to hype it more and give NXT it's own weekend. So basically we got guys like Trick and Oba who they are putting in random ass places at random times. Another example of Triple H beingby not giving these guys their own night.
These guys are WWE fans through and through and even they are saying it's bad for NXT
It's like negative recruiting in college athletics - you don't have to talk shyt about your opponents to a kid if you truly believe and are capable of communicating you why you are the superior program on its own merits.I thought WWE didn't care about AEW though? What's funny to me is that Tony Khan's cokehead ass has been quiet all year and it's actually people at TKO who have been referencing the "competition" over and over. Hunter should be focusing on his own programs cause a lot of it's been boring us..
The case with ROH is more about the talent that was drawing for them taking their ball and making their own promotion and basically killing the appeal of their shows.
It's like Baba and Inoki leaving to create All Japan and New Japan and fukking over JWA. Or Misawa taking his whole crew to creat NOAH and leaving All Japan in a dire situation (or Maeda leaving NJ to create the OG UWF). If Rossy Ogawa would've have more financial backing he probably would've hurt STARDOM more once he created Marigold as well.
Hell, The Elite creating AEW also meant PWG basically ceased to exist.
I'm not putting blame on anyone. It's a fact ROH lost the act (Cody included in the Elite pack) that was drawing historic numbers for them and was left in a market were all the real top indy talent was being taken away -already by NXT or was about to leave for more money in AEW-, it's a natural thing that occurs in the businessNa, you can’t put much blame on Bucks and crew leaving and letting ROH sink. @Cattle Mutilation brought up an interesting point of NXT B&G coming along and starting ROH’s decline.
Look at the 2018 roster and tell me how many stars ROH had. And look at it from that time perspective:

Cody came in and gave ROH some credibility. Besides Cody, Marty Scurll was the most popular name and ROH decided to pass him up for fukkin Taven. Os and ZSJ weren’t regulars so they couldn’t do much with booking them.
NXT B&G, the creation of AEW, and finally Covid led to ROH closing shop before TK bought it.
