So what does Draymond do?

Is this a serious question?

He's been below his standard defensively this year (as were the rest of the Warriors as a team), but he's played at DPOY level the 3 seasons before it. Arguably the most versatile defender ever.

Offensively, he's a great passer and playmaker, one of the best if not the best at setting screens in the league. He's a big reason why GS has the best transition offense in the league.

He doesn't get gaudy rebounding numbers for a lot of reasons, but he's pretty good at fighting for them against bigger players and he gets a fair share of them in the playoffs anyway (where he tends to elevate his game).

His BBIQ on both ends is pretty high. Tho I'm disappointing in him when it comes to shooting, especially after the 2016 season where I thought he could take a leap.

Him and Gobert in the halfcourt offense :picard:

Him and Gobert on the defensive end tho :wow:

Add in solid/good defenders like Rubio, Mitchell and Ingles and the Jazz's defense could be insane :whoo:

Chef's already starting to break down physically, Dray can only take so much more banging in the paint against bigger dudes year after year, Iggys one foot into retirement, and KD turns 30 this summer.

They were down 3-2 against Houston and had to overcome 15 point deficits in game 6 & 7. I don't think Bob Myers is oblivious to that and I don't think he's gonna wait around for the team to get old and stale before he shakes things up. Great organizations always make their move a year or two early rather than late.

Green is much more valuable on a team like the Warriors then he would be anywhere else

His lack of shooting and scoring ability is heavily masked on GS with all their shooting and scoring surrounding him

On any another team it would be a liability

And this is the same player everyone calls an allstar to make GSW look better than they are:mjlol:

Whenever I read the phrase "GSW. a team with 4 all stars" I legitimately always :russ::mjlol:This is why the nba prioritising winning record in their all star selection is extremely flawed. We had Korver, Teague and Millsap getting all star selection that one season in atlanta for this reason:mjlol:

Draymond will be the first of the four to decline but you can’t just find another Draymond. He’s too valuable of a defender, rebounder, playmaker, floor general.

Low key ... i think they would be better off KEEPING dray than Klay..
klay is almost redundant which is what makes them like super saiyan on offense... but NO ONE on their team defends like him and has the versatility on both ends... jus my opinion :ld:

GSW would be stupid to not give him what he wants to stay there. Draymond makes that system work on both ends. He’s just as vital to that system as curry is, just with a different set of responsibilities. Plus he’s the young of that core and curry and klay goin need him for facilitation as they get older.

Boys still believe this silly sh*t :mjlol:

"Just as important as curry" :dead:
