Im 30 now so im gonna start looking into test. My metabolism is shot and im bored as fukk at the gym. I need a boost:flabbynsick:

dont take any test

look into peptides like ghrp-6

its will help boost your gh

i don't take anything, but have friends who use it and it works well.

This is me at 215...no carbs diet but protein was about 375grams per day


Me around that same bodyweight I'm about 212 here still no carbs



This is me at 184 about 20lbs down from that last vid still no carbs


And this is me a couple weeks later at 174..
I lost to much weight doing to much cardio and still no carbs !!!! I didn't do the show I was too worn out and mad......lol



What does your day to day diet look like when you get 375 g of protein per day and no carbs?

I did 3 shakes of 50grams each=150grams.

I had 2 chicken breast of 6oz=36x2= 72 grams

8 eggs+liquid egg whites=72grams

10 Oz ground beef= 60grams

That's =354 grams of protein
If I needed more to make the number I needed I would have a extra shake

I would eat every 2.5-3 hours

I took that couple years back along with ghrp-2 an des-igf, yes it's super cheap, if you can get it pure it works to a degree, but you can't soley depend on it, its not a good replacement for test, not even close.

so in that period, you'd eat that same meals everyday? Anything you do to switch it up?

Your 30 not 50 years old, sounds like you are just lazy. I have got homies in their mid and late 30's still making gains and they are natural.

After between the ages of 24-26 testosterone levels slowly decline each year, and spike of the drop is more the older you get..
