Can't fault the Cowboys, or any other team for that matter. This is the process in place that they have to abide by. A process that mutually agreed upon from both sides when it was put in place.

McCarthy promises he's learned a lot on his year off and will be more progressive. I give him the benefit of the doubt and would let things play out if I were Cowboys fans instead of instantly trashing the move.
