He was with this girls that is a control freak..
Dudes mom is also a control freak so I figured this was a case of going with what he knows..
He lived with her and used to give her 700-800 off his pay check so she pays for whatever.. He made 1250 every two weeks..like me cuz then we worked the same job(I got him in)
But her crazy cuz them to have off and on relationships which ended in him having enough and moving out... To see his daughter, he still paid 400-500 a pay check. She was kind of shifty cuz I ended up one day at the hospital to check on dude daughter.. She "fell off the bed" and got injured..my dude was 500 miles away with his current girl..

When she noticed he wouldn't come back.. She would take the money and tell him he can't come in the house...

After being depressed.. We asked him what's eating him.. When he told us.. we said.. Take a lawyer and get ur week ends or shared custody... We told him he would probably only pay 30% of his pay.

The judge said she is in the wrong.. The father wants to pay and is over paying.. She can't stop him from seeing his father.. Reduced the amount he was paying by 66% and said if she pulls any stunt.. Come back and they would settle things..

Since he

Stopped her from moving to a different city..
Stopped her from changing countries (they forced her to bring her back)
Forced her to let him have hisbdauther weeks at a time during summers..


Breh.. We can win if we willing to do good..

Before we start this, I'm not talking about rich men like Diddy or Jayz.



I'm talking about regular men, who work regular 9-5 jobs (or don't work) who have children by women who are regular, and work 9-5 jobs too.

(You can't really "come up" off a man like this)

For most women with children by AVERAGE men, child support and court orders is their last resort with a man they cannot communicate with, or gain consistency from.



Example...


*The man Commits to a financial obligation (like buying the child a pair of shoes for school, or bringing diapers)

Then...
- Don't show up.
-curse the mother out anytime she ask for something.
-Shows up with HALF of what he promised.
-simply won't answer his phone when the mother calls out of fear she will ask for help.


HE'S NOT DEPENDABLE.



*He Commits to Keeping the child for a certain period of time.


Then...
-He Won't show up
-He keeps the child longer.
-bring the child back sooner.
-Or try to take the child on a weekend, or at a time when the mother has already made other plans with the child.




All of these things create stress/confusion for the mother who HAS to have a physical and financial routine in order to be the child's primary care giver.





Too many AVERAGE men seem to think baby mothers file child support for a check, or money to get their hair done. This is ridiculous.


Most women file for child support from AVERAGE men, not for a come up, but because the father is inconsistent, not dependable, and she is just flat out exhausted with arguing with him, and begging him for help.


It's a relief to let the judge set the child support and visitation. So she won't have to argue with him anymore. Even if the judge sets less than what she thought was fair. (I have seen this)


Men get very resentful after this. Why?

Yes, I am aware that their are SOME lazy mothers who do nothing, and just want a check even from average men.


I'm talking about mothers who DO WORK and try to educate themselves, who still have trouble getting help from their child's father.

I bet this is going to be ignored....there is going to be alot of blind stubborness in this thread.

btw the amount you have to pay is not necessarily astronomical.. its just some dude are barely getting by.. but someone who is making 50k + should breeze through those i think what he pays is standard...

Lot of nikkas under water with this shyt just from one child. All it takes is one fukk up with the wrong Woman, you get the wrong judge and you're broke as a joke.

This is why most educated black nikkas not trying to fukk with black women - They can't afford re-paying student loans AND child support - Forget it. You'll have Sallie Mae calling you in Jail (you in jail over back child support) asking you "Where the money at"

Imagine a nikka paying $400 a month in student loans, even worse if owed by uncle sam for those federal loans and then another $400 for child support. A lot of these nikkas make $1200 post tax monthly. nikkas got $400 to breathe with even in the South you struggling with that.
