That sounds well and good assuming that you're dealing with 2 reasonable people that can communicate.

Let's talk about what's "fair"
If the custodial parent thinks 2000 a month is fair
And the non custodial parent thinks 500 a month is fair.

That's where unfortunately a 3rd party has to become involved.
Both parents need to contribute based upon their individual financial ability.

There's women who would be happy to see the man broke and homeless and still run around talking about "he don't really do shyt for his kid"

But there's damn sure men that honestly think they can drop by pampers once or twice a month, a pair of shoes here and there and some dikk when they want to fukk and will run around screaming how they "do for their kid"

Who's fair is fair?

In the other thread we see several posters saying 200 a month tops. 300 a month tops. No matter what the father's income the mother's income the child's specific needs etc.
Numerous people pointed out "hey, I have a baby and just pampers milk wipes baby stuff costs more than that"
A poster would hop in with (and I've seen it in this thread too)
"Well the bytch shouldn't have the baby at all if she can't afford everything for the child"

For every story yall can tell about miserable bytches that just make the baby daddy miserable I can match it with a story of a worthless fukk who doesn't do shyt for their kids.

The bytch shouldn't have let him fukk
The bytch should have let him fukk but demanded he use a condom
The bytch should have had an abortion because he just wants to fukk freely not make babies
The bytch should stop fukking no good nikkas and only fukk good guys like the ones posting (who ironically cosign the above, but are "good guys")
The bytch shouldn't have any babies unless she can support them 400% by herself
The bytch has more birth control options than me so fukk her.
The bytch can legally get an abortion so I want a right to a legal abortion.

So unfortunately a 3rd party has to determine what's "fair"

One of my Aunts put my her ex husband on child support out of spite when he got engaged 5 years after they divorced and ended up getting waaay less than he was already giving her.


Even my Grandma called her out for being trifling and bitter in front of everybody



It worked out because my cousin had a nice savings account for him when he turned 19 from the extra money that his pops wasn't giving her to bullshyt with for 15 years

False. It's auto joint custody in the eyes of the law until an order is in place if his name is on the birth certificate.

All the women that i know are guilty of this always ask themselves what were they thinking

One of the single mother chicks broke it down to me that basically she thought she was the shyt after a certain age and ran wild on the streets...Her mother and Father were both in her life, but she said basically after a certain age, you couldn't tell her nothing...

Most of these women come from big families where they are seeing negative influences from a younger age without proper attention being paid to them or from a smaller family where the main parent is basically running the streets themselves

They then get caught up in the streets and pay a hefty price..

By the time they hit 30, it all comes together for them....But the market is very much thinned....

A nikka with no kids just trying to be friends and hit whenever possible

The only thing that's really left are nikkas in the same predicament as them

But at that point, she belongs to the game

And some of them are actually not hoes...they just made a couple of crucial mistakes...And it changed the trajectory of their mindset to the point where they will prolly never have a monogamous relationship again

Every time I see some of the responses in these threads my uterus tightens up like Alcatraz. I'll be damned if I have a baby with someone who is going to come at my neck over every single little thing just because he doesn't want anything to do with me anymore. That goes for anyone I'm not married to (and probably at least a year after that).

I just saw the cutest little chocolate baby with an afro puff ponytail, purple dress coat, dress shoes and a pacifier in her mouth. You could tell she just got a good handle on walking too.

If so:

- so a mother is allowed to have hardships in caring for her child, but the father isn't?

- please tell me you don't think the mother thinks she'll "never have to argue with him anymore" about fiduciary matters
by filing papers on him. I hope you don't think that.

- Baby mothers do "file child support for a check". The check is what they want "consistently", right?

As a step father who's wife recieves child support... if a father is going through hard times he can very well get child support reduced. It just won't be reduced below the minimum.

We got tired of dealing with his nonsense so she just agreed for him to pay the minimum instead. The minimum is $210 per month, which is nothing when it comes to raising a child considering at that point child care was $800 per month. But we just put it in her college fund since we don't really need the money anyway.

I also think a lot of this is bitterness as well. They might not like to see the baby father move on. And to make some part of him miserable they put him on child support. Is it everywhere? No I doubt that, but to believe that's not a factor is naive.

For example. She has your baby and you decide to end the relationship. You were only making enough to throw a few hundred a check her way. The. You start maturing and Coke up.

You find a better job, you get a new woman. Now you are in a new relationship, doing better, on ig showing off your lady and have the audacity to have the kid in the pics.

She might just hit u with the court order breh. Cuz now u doing better and are happy and she's not. And u get to see the kid when u want and not have to deal with her all the time? She hittin them pockets breh
