I always thought Urs was overrated and going to the Open was a mistake
shyt I was dead wrong, he was the clear winner..I was rooting for Beastwood but Urs had it

This should be interesting. I think he's pound-4-pound the best physique in bodybuilding BUT he's still not at his 212 weight cap. When Derek and Hadi made the jump from 212 to Open they were already struggling to make weight at 212 so it was probably a more "natural" transition to Open. They didn't look small when they made the jump. I thought Keone looked "small" standing next to Samson at the Pittsburgh guest posing and that was in offseason mode.

Andrew still locked in at mi40 gym in Tampa. Arms looking crazy in the second slide. He's working with Kamal Elgargni over there but will be joining Pacho's camp at Derek Lundsford's gym for the last few weeks of Olympia prep. Andrew, Derek Lundsford, Ramon Dino, Matt Greggo will be in that camp.

I saw some video and at least in the viideo I saw he was making Urs look amatuerish...I think Quinton won prejudging....
So I’ve been watching more of Sam Sulek’s content over the past few weeks.
I was wrong about him. He’s pretty likable.
He really is just a guy who likes to lift.

He just likes to lift all the time and he seems likeable but I hate his technique! He doesn't lift sensibly which is surprising considering how much of a student he is to the sport.
