Lets use the Fresh Prince as an example. Carlton was mercilessly clowned by Will for being corny. Ans I think Carlton would be considered universally corny by most black people who didnt grow up in Belair. He basically embodies the soul of white man or doesnt relate at all to hood culture.

Then you have Will, the guy who clowned Carlton. But Will would also be considered corny by a smaller field of black people whio are really in those Philly streets, and women whove only dated those types of dudes. And would probably have consider Will too goofy or soft.

But the majority of hood nikkas fall on the Fresh Prince side of the game. I was definitely the funny, goofy dude and fell on that side. And yes you could always see the curiosity chicks had for dudes living like, but not looking like Beanie Sigel.

Yeah, yall like to leavee out ,the fact these street nikkas women are interested in are attractive:mjlol:. Its mostly the looks+the unknown that intrigues black women. And thats because most black women are the Fresh Prince/Carlton equivelant.

Mind you ive never actually been called corny. But you know what it is when a women chooses that street nikka over you and she cant quite explain why. "Its just something about that Picolo":wow:.

But i never had a problem getting girls, yes I am handsome(Above regular not a 10). I would just lose one on occassion,a girl who wanted to experience that street life/street nikka dikk.

But the most hilarious thing I see as that the Carlton equivelant dude, would consider me a "Pookie and Ray Ray". At the end of the day its all perspective. Know your demographic. Many black women are intrigued by street nikkas at some point in they life. Same way most of us are intrigued by non black women at some point. Matter of fact, same way alot of hood and suburban dudes is intrigued by real street nikkas to a degree.

I think the narrative of black women only dating Pookies or whatever is overdone. Simply based on what I said earlier. The story is mostly being told by the Carlton equivelants who really struggled. And those dudes think Fresh Prince equivelants are "Pookie". So if you think the average hood dude is Pookie,of course it would appear thats all black women are choosing. Their perspective isnt reliable based on how they percieve.

Funny thing is Carlton didn’t even “struggle” like that. He got his share of women it just wasn’t comparable to the amount that Will pulled. Carlton even pulled a couple of Will’s girls

Both of these are 100% spot on. Nobody else on planet earth has to have “swag”, be athletic, be up to date with latest rap/trap r&b trends and slangs, know all the poppin urban brunch spots in their city, etc to not be seen as a cornball/lame/lesser than man in their own communities.

i see swagless white, latino, east asian, indian etc men wearing skechers with white socks, beer bellies, bad fitting dad jeans etc walking with decent-attractive women of their respective cultures daily.
Tupac in a business suit...

Women say they want a man that's responsible, respectful, has his own and accepts them for who they are. They get that man and they get bored and fukk over him with the most hood nikka they can find. It's only later in life they realize how dumb that was.

I always noticed that the worse a nikka treat a woman the more she wants to be with him. It's ass backwards. This isn't only black women either. It's a large percentage of all woman. Women want bad boys, need "corny" nikkas but don't deserve either

What is corny black men?? They don’t drink, they don’t smoke, they don’t big meech all up in the club flashin?, no swag?, they don’t party and run they mouth? They don’t try to be loud or show that they the tough in public

Then yes.. it’s a huge disparity between the 2 and u see it in numbers ,,, because most of our women in the hood are loud mouth, show they ass and try to be gangstas until they reach 30 or a kid(s) come into play and it’s time to erase my past and put on this I’m valuable for the corny nikka now and try to adapt

Some succeed but majority of the women just stay rental property for random nikkas
They not used to having somebody that respects them but I truly believe you get what you put into the universe. If she a hoe she gonna get nikkas that like hoes and treat them as such. If she handles herself and others with respect she'll get a nikka that will treat her the same.

I know this thread is specifically about black women but this same logic applies to all American women.

No, but it might be to someone who uses Drake as an example for a corny black man.
But what point is being made? Take a popular attractive man and remove all the things that make him popular and attractive and bytches aren’t going to want him anymore? That can’t really be your point? Is that something that’s specific to black men and women?

The point is you can't use an elite man/well above average man as an example of Black women loving corny black men.
