As a black person, you don't give the police any reason to fukk with you. I could say that complying with the police does work, but sometimes that could end in tragedy
If you're Black, your objective is to make the stop as short as possible, this means complying.
True, but you don't abdicate your "Rights" because of that fear. You don't make yourself safer by making it easier for the police to mess you over without having to worry about any consequences of doing it. You be polite, respectful, but also assert your Rights. You end up in court, you have given your lawyer the tools needed to effectively defend you and also later own push for some redress. You hand over your "Rights" and you have just made yourself an easy mark for corrupt cops.
Pure stupidity and how people get fried out of their rights to being locked up for shyt they had nothing to do with.
Shut the fukk up with this nonsense.
During the interrogations of the Baltimore Gun Trace Task Force serveral officers admitted that they wouldn't prolong stops with Black people that they thought were educated, middle class or acknowledged their rights. They were extremely corrupt, stole money, planted guns and drugs and literally said out of their own mouths that they avoid people who defended themselves and preyed on people who were poor, uneducated and emotional.
what does it mean to get "fried out of your rights"?
If his "goal" was to "Reduce the Interaction Time" with the police...
Allowing them to search your car, actually EXTENDS the time, SMH!
No Black Man/Woman/Child in America, should allow a cop to unlawfully search their Car, House, Etc...

Exactly what it means, you give up your rights only to compound the civil rights violations
Breh must think dirty cops are rare

You are a bozo. If you have done nothing wrong, you have no reason to consent to a search.getting "fried out of your rights" suggests an action happening to a person. That doesn't fit with the act of consenting to a search.
What is the point of your question? You've have multiple times of police trying to get something on you for just existing, and I'm assuming you weren't handing over your rights in these instances, right?
general curiosity, I'm trying to parse out what you might have done to make yourself a mark for dirty cops since you've been on their radar so many times. What is the point of your question?
Ok, I see you for what you are. You can't be Black saying yes to number 2. That opens the door to you setting there while they rummage through your vehicle for something that does not exist. In some places, they will plant something on you if they can't find anything. So when you are in court over it, and you gave them permission to search, you have handcuffed your own lawyer against a push for illegal search and seizure.
Do you not know many people have had their cash taken from them by the police, just because the police found it in their search of the vehicle that the driver gave them permission to do?
