I work out in the field. Been doing it this entire time. I have talked to about 100 different people all over the State that WFH and it's a split like 80%-20% towards staying home. Most of them just do NOT think the commute is worth it anymore or necessary.
Avoiding all the bullshyt city traffic, seeing scumbag managers
, much less mental stress. It should be a choice to stay home or not


. Nobody is suggesting someone who is at an entry level position is going to be quitting because they can't work from home. But best believe that the people that really know their stuff and have a valuable skillset will be jumping shyt if WFH isn't a perk. It was already happening pre-pandemic and now that people got a taste of it, expect it to happen more often.
