@Primetime
hmm really thinking of doing this.
Is this your first overseas job?
What other places have you been besides the middle east? Africa, Europe, Asia?

and you said search linkedIn for jobs like this?Yup it's my first. I took the leap and don't regret it one bit.
I've only been to Africa and Europe very briefly, not long enough to give feedback. But that's changing in 2020.
I'm visiting Amsterdam late January, and some expat buddies want to run a Euro gamut of London, Paris, Italy, etc in the spring.
Egypt and Capetown, South Africa are also on my list. Most these places i've named are a 6 hour flight (except for Capetown) but require 1 stop with a 2 hour layover, so we're talking 9-10 hours to get there; so i'll probably do 3 day weekends. Tho apparently some of those Euro cities are an hour drive'ish apart from each other, so a couple of the buddies were talkin about a road trip to see them all in one go.
LinkedIn (global/worldwide search) and Indeed.com.and you said search linkedIn for jobs like this?
Other ME nations open too? Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait?LinkedIn (global/worldwide search) and Indeed.com.
Riyadh, Khobar, Dhahran, Qatar, Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman...UAE or Saudi Arabia in general, etc.

@Primetime how is it in the country you are in with the Iranian situation.
I just finished a 2 year bid in qatar, I didnt read the whole thread, are you IT? and do you contract or work for a local company?My bad. At the time there was just whispers among us expats about it.. but the locals, especially the company, they don't share shyt about it one way or another lol. Or if they do talk about it, it's in their own language.
Even now, Iran is a hot spot for the zombie virus but nobody really acknowledges their existence other than the disclaimer of don't go over there.
