Government needs to ease up on regulations and let builders build more apartments.

With all the regulations, they only build luxury apartments because of profit margins.

Some of that should be covered by insurance plans. Even supplemental insurance plans - I know AHS - has been extremely beneficial for us.

But, don't sleep on Detriot. It's a lot of gems there.

I couldnt imagine owning a property and some family sits in it for 50 years on some rent control shyt. Id become a slumlord to try and get them folks out too. Owning a 500k townhouse but rent on a 50k level is not the move.

This is why I'm thinking about Commercial Real Estate. Wouldn't have to deal with all that shyt. And I don't think Commercial Real Estate is all that high, a simple doctors office cost about as much as a typical house.
