I recently noticed a couple of my readings getting a little higher than average (I check regularly). I'm going to see a doctor on Monday. How do people fight high blood pressure naturally?
The answer is apple cider vinegar and honey and water.
My BP was like 160 something at its peak....just a lot of stress. I ate well and worked out. I went clean and worked out more, did some lil stress relief shyt like what's already been mentioned and went for a follow up 152 over something.
They talked about prescriptions I was like

. Went home googled. Found out about acv + honey .Drank it twice a day for 2 months straight. Right before bed, right upon waking. BP is 120 over something. I check it once or twice a week at Walmart. They used to emailed me the results I'll take a pic next time.
Anyway 1 cup of cold water, 2 tbsps of acv and one tbsp of honey.
I don't smoke or drink and I'm not obese. I'm just naturally high strung and wound tight. I work like 60 hours a week, sleep like shyt, eat one time a day and don't express my feelings so...yeah hbp will likely be the death of me.
