You all keep mentioning drink water but never say how much? For some one with high blood pressure what is the adequate amount of water that one should drink each day?
Every Human should consume half of their bodyweight in oz of water a day at least. If you exercise that should be higher.

Gotta go through this thread. Been battling HBP for a year And some change but held off On taking pills. I do cardio 4-5 days a week (recently stopped for 2 weeks) and drink a shytload of water, but my diet isn’t good and I’ve been stressing too. :francis:

Been feeling a little lightheaded this past week, so I think it’s time to get on some pills. :francis:

Water, beetroot, stop eating poisonous food, cut out fast food, fried chicken, fried food, hot sauce, and start exercising or just walking 1-2 hours a day

I recently noticed a couple of my readings getting a little higher than average (I check regularly). I'm going to see a doctor on Monday. How do people fight high blood pressure naturally?

I’m on losartan due to high blood pressure :francis:..usually in the 135-140/ 90 range ..the meds be putting it like 128/84 type range

I’m active, always playing sports and running..but eat nothing but bullshyt ..I gotta just cut all the terrible food out..I was doing it for about 6 months and it naturally lowered, but I fell off the last 6 months or so

Those kale smoothies don’t hit the same as a bacon egg and cheese :mjlol:

2 years ago mine was 135/82 :picard:

Started working out more, eating cleaner and really reduced eating red meat. Just got my annual physical and it's now 118/78

Just become more active and eat better. Cut out stuff you don't need like alcohol and coffee. Simple.

Lose weight. Period.

No food or "natural" product will fix that outside of drugs.

I've been thin my entire life (right now I weigh probably 165ish) and had high blood pressure since my 20s.

My dad is average weight and always had BP problems. For some people it's just genetic :francis: :manny:

Mine is about 119/65, even though I’m a muscle and fat guy.

My cholesterol is fine as of last year but since I had a kid I’m worried it’ll start spiking. I generally eat a little more than usual due to the weights, but not really been a heavy fast food guy. Mostly a sumo style diet, we don’t fry food, use salt outside of soy, red meat maybe 1 or 2 times a year; mostly fish and vegetables

Trying to get back to cycling 10m a day, but been a bit tough.
