275? For Reps??? That is not normal, at all. I only see that out of insane freak athletes and I have been to private military gyms and crazy gyms where I would say majority of the people there were obviously using. 275+ for reps is no easy task at all. Unless you are some fat fuk pushing those numbers but if your BF% is anywhere near what I hover at or any other crazy people hover at and you are benching 275 for reps, you are not doing that naturally.
That chart is accurate, imo. And I doubt it is counting for reps. A lot of fools like like to go off of shytty one shot reps and say they can bench something. IMO, if you can't put it up at least 5 times and you aren't competing for 1RM, you shouldn't say you lift that. Most I have ever put up for reps is a little over 270 and this only during offseason for wrestling, I weigh around 185-190 during offseason and then cut down to 162-168, there is no way in hell I could put up over 230 during that due to shyt diet and weight meets are pure hell.
edit: Some dudes in here are right, 270 is far from elite if your sole intention is moving numbers. But what is the point of moving numbers if you don't compete?
