Yea I boxed as a youngin and in the joint,definently more of a cardio based exercise,and if your lifting and boxing your going to lose weight, but you'll be ripped as shyt.

I also feel every man should know some type of self defense technique even if its on the amateur level,because an amateur will still fukk a regular persons whole shyt up.

I did martial arts and boxing as a youngin and but just boxing while incarcerated.

I don't know if I can hit 225. Maybe on a 1-rep max.
But I'm working on it.

We all gotta start somewhere. Did 175 for 6 reps last week.
I hope to get to 225 for a few reps before the end of the year.

Just hope I stay committed. Been a long time since I've been consistent at the gym.
There's some strong brehs on the coli tho. Kind of impressive, really.

At the point to where I can do 10 sets of 10 in a small amount of time with pull ups. Surprisingly I can do pull ups better than pushups almost. Squats ain't spit...I did 150 my last routine in like 4 or 5.

I think I'm gonna buy an ab wheel this week.

I'm not one of those guys who thinks that crunches or situps will give you automatic abs. I realize that mainly comes from diet.
But aside from my runs/hikes...I want to get a few minutes of ab work...probably on those days where I don't go to the gym and do my 5 mile hikes instead.

Anybody use them?

If U Can Barely Bench 130-140 LBs:

35-50 Pushups X 3 Reps Mornin

5 Min Weighted High Planks - 5 Min Weighted Low Planks

20 Full Body Pull Ups X Sets Of 5 For Decent Start


Stack Up on Protein Drinks/Protein Rich Foods nd have variety.

Set Up Tha Bar nd Throw whateva Weights U are used to Benchin.

(*Yo Weight*) X 8-12 Reps.

Perform in Sets Of 5 nd Repeat.


If U can't Rep Yo current weight 8-12 Times Gtf Off TheColi & Get To Work;Start Gradually With Dumbbells To Build Yoself Up

Dumbbells:

Purchase a Pair of 60 LB Dumbbells to work nd Practice with at Home:

10 Reps X Set Of 4-5 Bicep Curls

Do this if U truly want to reform yo body.
I don't want yall nikkas to be cryin ova a bytch who didn't fukk wit yo looks.

Maybe stop being a fakkit dapping dummies post in other threads and you'll be able to bench 225 and get some abs.
