I'm a lazy ignorant human being and I know nothing of the factual benefits of IF but I do know I been continuously doing it for about 3 months now and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life.

shyts so smooth into my lifestyle it doesn't even feel like I'm trying.

It's so weird the way I look at food so differently now.

I mean even now it's 2:12 pm and I just realized I haven't even eating anything all day :dwillhuh:
And I ain't even hungry :dwillhuh:

I feel great and I don't count calories.

No disrespect but why do people make eating healthy harder than it needs to be?

I mean even outside of IF because it most likely won't be for everyone but eating healthy in general is not hard.

Let's say I wake up wild early I'm talking 3-5 - Work out after
Drink a shake with greens / protein / fruit , w/e like an hour, 2 hours after
Is that such a big deal if I don't "eat" until my 8 hour eating window? I don't want any light headedness / dizzyness
For reference I gained a lil fat as I'm having a crap year and I let myself get lazy

If you plan to fast start your eating window once you have that drink, you broke your fast at that point. If you don't think you can cut your eating that early in the day then follow a conventional macro guideline (your set protein fats carbs diet or iifym type setup).

Yep. My eating window started @ 12 yesterday and I wasn’t even hungry. Had some crackers around 3 and worked out for 2 hrs

I can lose weight unintentionally while eating like an extra from Heavyweights.:unimpressed:
