Hunger pains generally shouldn't be happening on IF, that's should be one of the benefits :lupe:

This.. you must not be taking in many calories in your eating window. Are you drinking any protein shakes?
are you eating a lot of protein?

I work out fasted more often than not. I normally don't have my first meal of the day until after my workout. I usually just take some BCAAs and creatine beforehand. I've never had any problems. Then again, I've always preferred lifting on an empty stomach.

I can't really workout any other way. Has to be " fasted" but as long as I had enough cals the night before its fine

I was doing my usual IF yesterday. Yesterday was leg/glute day, so I would do the usual leg workouts like Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, Bench Glute Thrust, but I would incorporate them with jumprope. I didn't eat the WHOLE DAY. I literally ate my first meal when I went to Dave And Busters that night around 9. It was a 1300 calorie sandwich with fires on the side. I also had 1 Coke and Malibu, a Henny and Strawberry drink, a Coconut Ice Rum Drink called Miami nice, and 2 Henny and Cokes. I had ALL THAT last night, and the scale showed that I LOST 1lb between last night and this morning. That's how I know IF works.

EDIT-That's not IF causing the weightloss, that's just simple carb restriction and timing.

Yeah but again that's just cal restriction and possibly dehydration

My bad. Last night wasn't the best example. I've been consistently losing lbs via IF though. But then again, I had a fast metabolism anyways. Everyone disregard what I said about IF up above.....

Think I'm about to start this tomorrow. :obama:
Probably works best for my schedule to be honest. Thinking of 9 am to 5pm. I wake up at 2:45 am. Just fear those days where I don't have time to eat at work. It'd leave me with only 4 hours in the day to eat. Should it be the same time everyday?

On day 1 and so far not so bad. Then I looked up at the clock and realized I only got 4 hrs left to eat, soon to be 3. I still gotta go to the gym :damn:
