Can you break this down please![]()
I was joking but 300-375 on a reefed/backload meal is my general range.

I think I can get to 200..
Just gotta add some oatmeal..and more bananas to my smoothie...
I just don't want the carbs that will cause me to binge eat![]()

Depending on your carb intake and activity level you may not "need" a refeedthis past monday i was attempting a refeed but i dont think i even went over 2500 calories
im around the 1400-1800 margin per day, do i have to eat over 3600 to consider it a "refeed"?
Well I just got finished with my first week of IF.(thank god I found this thread) The first day was super hard but i got through it and didn't cheat, I just sipped on water all night. Again I work overnight 7 on 7 off so at night Im moving around the hospital so its easy to get hungry.
Also I don't binge during my feeding window, I find it easier to eat 2 small meals instead of one big one along with my whey protein shakes. My calorie intake deficiency has to be under 2300 to lose weight and i'm well under that daily. The eating part is actually easy. I was already working out daily in the gym since mid may but over the last week I incorporated HIIT and it was hard at first but it's getting easier so I steady increase my speed. The difference is I work out every other day now.
I also do moderate weightlifting, mostly dumbbell arm curls, and bench press incline. My question is should I continue with the weightlifting? I'm really trying to burn the most fat and loose more weight but I would like to tone my muscles as well. I appreciate any advice.
Since May, I definitely see the difference in my face and even my stomach is going down, staying off that salt and limiting the sweets. At one point I was 288, Im down to 240, and now that I'm taking my eating lifestyle serious and with working out, I know I can get to my goal of 200. Reading some of the stories in this thread has motivated me even more to continue with IF.
You should definitely keep lifting. You'll burn more calories than you would if you didn't and your body will use the fat you have stored to sustain your muscle. There's literally no negative, in my opinion, that would warrant you not lifting.
No question you should keep lifting to maintain the muscle you do have. You are talking about losing close to 80 pounds. The worse thing you could do is not maintain muscle and be unhappy with how you look when you look.Well I just got finished with my first week of IF.(thank god I found this thread) The first day was super hard but i got through it and didn't cheat, I just sipped on water all night. literally lost 12 pounds in the span of 6 weeks
i usually have my eating window open from 12 to 8, eat 2 big meals, [breakfast and dinner] mix with whey protein shakes, and snacking on almonds
drink nothing but water, tea, and black coffee
mix that with some moderate weightlifting and cardio im feeling good brehs
this is gonna be my lifestyle switch, its been relatively easy for me
i encourage some of you to try it
watch some Hodgetwin fasting advice too to get you properly set up

I've remained at 213 for 2 weeks now
I'm trying to hit that 210
Should I cut off the weight lifting for a week or 2?![]()
